Zsófi offers personal guidance using her holistic approach, The session involves exploring your personal way to listen deeper to your body, your own cycles, discovering your unique physical and energetic way of working, creating, living. 

She infuses the sessions but doesn't limit it to Traditional and Modern Medicines, Acupuncture, Human Design, Restorative and Kundalini yoga, weaving these different modalities together.

The Meeting, a diagnostic consultation - medical history, lab results reading, from both the aspect of traditional and modern medicine, tongue diagnosis and optionally a Human Design chart overview

The Journey, a series of sessions together, spread out at chosen intervals, including 60 min zoom calls or personal sessions that can include hands on treatment (ear acupuncture, cupping, moxa or water therapy) + updates via messages and homework
Price: 40 eu / 16,000 Ft per session
*a minimum of 4 sessions taken weekly are suggested for optimal results with acupuncture
